Our front desk staff will work with you to verify your insurance coverage for our services. That does not always guarantee payment. If an insurance company does not pay for service, it is your responsibility to pay for services provided. We are currently accepting and billing to these insurance companies:

Depending on your insurance policy and the billable diagnosis code, coverage for services varies. Clients with other health plans may be able to submit for reimbursement, but payment will be out-of-pocket at the time of treatment. Please inform us immediately if any part of your insurance coverage changes.

Payments are due at the time of service.
